I am not able to write "NWO" in a cell of excel sheet

Perhaps that cell has been locked and the sheet protected.

In future, please use this white space to describe your problem.

Could be an AutoCorrect setting. Check the entry (NWO) under Tools >
AutoCorrect options (Type NWO in the "Replace:" box). Then just select the
entry, click Delete button.
