I am not able to retreive updates for XP through Windows Update

I am not able to retreive updates for XP through Windows
Update...


Cant find out why.... Also when I try and install the
Windows XPSP1 it say I cant because my Build is too old?
 
Your symptoms sound as though you are running a beta version of XP. Those
have all expired and attempting updates will result in the error message you
have posted here.
