If you're looking for clip art -- you'll be better off with a WMF or EMF
that you can ungroup in PPT and recolor.

You can also try recoloring using the Recolor tool on the Picture toolbar.
That will usually be much easier/faster than ungrouping. Select the WMF/EMF
and click Recolor.

You could also do some animation color changes. You'll have to ungroup for
that.
