All would be very different databases with different tables and
different fields.
The likelihood that you'll find a free database tailored to YOUR
particular requirements is pretty slim!
You really should look into just creating one for your own use; that's
typically how databases get created. Access does have a rather steep
learning curve but there are a lot of us who volunteer our time to
help people with projects like this. Post back if you'ld like to do
so.
