Hyphenation - on Office 2007 Home/Student - Word

Error when opening a word file in 2007 Word - about installing hyphenation.

Message: "Word hyphenation feature is not available. Run the Microsoft
Office Setup program, install this feature and then try again."

I tried it and did all the updates, but it gives us the same error
