Hyperlinks

I've set up a standard email with hyperlinks and saved it to a folder. When I
reopen the email to send it the hyperlinks are all blank. Please help

How do you go about saving the email? List each of the steps and we'll see
if the problem presents itself.

Thanks Greg. I prepare an email with hyperlinks and then I copy it to a
folder. When I click on the email and open it to fill in the name, date etc.
and I click on the hyperlink it is blank.

Carol, click on Tools, Options then select the Send tab. Select the HTML
button under 'Mail Sending Format'. If 'Plain Text' format is selected then
there will be no links in the message, but HTML will take care of it.
