Hyperlinks

I am unable to use hyperlinks sent in e-mails. I instead am sent to file
folder lists on my hard drive. All security levels have been lowered to
lowest levels or cancelled.
 
And that window is called Locate Link Browser and requesting for an
exe-file?
Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE or reset your websettings;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
