having trouble hyperlinking within my workbook

need to be able to click on a column title and take me directly t
another worksheet within the workbook

also, this might be a bit of a stretch, but would it be able to clic
on a cell and have excel take the user to the corresponding workshee
AND filter the list based on which cell you clicked on.

example...

click on a clients code and take the user to the invoice sheet AN
filter that list to see just that clients invoices

the first one is the more important one, but if both are possibl
great
