Hyperlinks with Protected Forms

Hello

Is there a way to keep hyperlinks active within a protected Word form? I
have some hyperlinks within my text of a Word document with form fields. As
soon as I protect the document the hyperlinks are no longer clickable. Can
this be fixed?
