hyperlinks opening in the wrong frames window

I have 3 frames on the main page..the header(top), links
(on the left side), and the main content. You're supposed
to be able to click on the hyperlink on the left and the
new page shows up in the main content area, but instead,
the exact opposite happens. The hyperlinks page goes away
and the new page shows up in the left side. I'm stuck, so
please help I've spent countless hours trying to find my
error.
 
If you are using FP navigation components, they are not meant to be used
when using a frameset as you can not set the frame target values.
