hyperlinks open in new window

Is there a way to make hyperlinks open in a new window - like in Front Page
where you can select the 'target frame'?

I have several hyperlinks to websites in my prez, and they will shut down
the presentaion, or after linking to them the 'do you want to open or save
this ppt' message pops up and the viewer must start over.

Any help appreciated

That's odd behavior.

How is the user viewing your presentation? Do you have it set up so that they
view it in a browser or ????
