Hyperlinks on a Theme

Hi all, this is probably a dumb question but as they say, any question is
worth asking.

Does any know if it is possible to change the color applied to a hyperlink
after it has been visited, on a page that has an applied theme (The Theme Is
Iris)? After clicking on a link, it changes from light purple to a deep
red/brown and I am not at all happy with it.

Modify the Theme.
