Hyperlinks in word document

I think i made a little mistake...

I have 52 different word documents, that is placed on a Sharepoint network.
In those 52 docu's, i hyperlink to different other docu's on the Sharepoint
network.

I just renamed all the 52 docu's for some reasons.

Now all my links are broken. I have around 20 links in each of the 52
documents.
The only thing i has to do, to make it work again, is to delete "../" in
start of every hyperlink.
But that will take my several hours to do, because i have to do it over a
thousand times...

Is there a possibility to make word repair them ???

Please help.. .

Yes, there is, but it would take you several "days" to write the macro
