Hyperlinks in Reports

Would like to know if it is possible to create a way that users that view a
report can click on a record in a report and be taken to form or query and
display the info related to that record. For example, for a report that is
tracking progress of a job, I would like for users to be able to click on
that job and be taken to a form that I am creating that will show all of the
data that is related to that record.

Can this be done in Access, or will it have to be a web page?
