hyperlinks in my email messages do not connect from Outlook

How do I set up Outlook to be able to use weblinks in my received messages?
WHen I click on them, Outlook says "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer."

It worked properly before. I recently re-installed Outlook and SP 2.

Go to Tools|Options click on the Junk Email options and uncheck the "Don't
turn on links in messages...". If you received an Update for Outlook SP2
for the Junk Email Filter, it will by default set that the check box. This
means that all of the links that previously worked will no longer.

That's not the solution. That's totally unrelated. Sue's first suggestion
is the most likely solution.
