Hyperlinks blocked

Hyperlinks in my e-mails do not work, I get a message that says "operation
canceled due to restrictions on this computer, contact system administrator".
How can I change settings to allow hyperlinks to work? Thanks for your help.

Reset your web settings;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

If you are referring to resetting the Default web browser to IE, that
did not solve the problem. If you are referring to some other setting
please clarify.

If you are using IE6 as your web browser, open it and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings. This usually fixes the problem you
describe and is what Microsoft suggests in their knowledgebase.
