I'm doing a presentation, where in the first page you can click if you want
it in Spanish or English & will guide you directly to the language preferred.
If you check Spanish, I want that, after the last slide in Spanish, go
directly to the end of the presentation. Now, if I still click, then it will
go to the English part (which I do not want!!!)

A simple way is to disable to clicking, and add an action button that ends
the show.
To disable clicking,
click Slide Show > Set Up show.
Under Show type, select browsed at a kiosk.
*Note that if you do so, you will need to create action buttons(eg:
previous, next) to navigate around. You can add the action buttons in the
Slide Master (View > Master > Slide Master). After you have added, close
master view.
Then in the last slide of Spanish, click Format > Background.
Put a checkmark to "Omit background graphics from master".
Click Apply. This will omit the action buttons created in slide master.
Lastly, create a previous and end show action buttons manually.

Alternately,
you can use custom show to solve this issue.

PowerPoint Heaven - The Power to Animate
Contains tutorials on creating amazing animations for your PowerPoint
Presentations.
=========

I would do this with custom shows. Create one custom show for each of the
two versions. (Slide Show--> Custom Show). Next, change your hyperlinks to
the custom shows instead of the first slide of each show. Before you close
the hyperlink window, check the box for "Show and return":. Now, when the
custom show is done, it will return to the first slide.

Where you go from here depends on your PPT version. If you are using PPT
2002 or later, add a shape that covers the whole of the first slide. Set
that shape to have no line and a fill with 98% transparency. Give that shape
two entrance animations. Set the first entrance animation to be triggered by
the click of the Spanish link, and the second to be triggered by the click
of the English link. Right click the shape and select Action Settings. On
the Mouse Over tab, set the hyperlink to end show. Close the action settings
dialog. Finally, select the shape and do a right click--> Order--> Bring to
front.

Now when you run the show, clicking either box will play that show and bring
the box in. When you return to the slide, your mouse will be over the new
shape and the presentation will end.

If you aren't using one of the newer versions, you need to let us know so
that we can show you how to set it up for the earlier versions...
