Hyperlink

You should be able to phrase a question without the need for an
attachment. That way everyone can see the question and answer,
and it will be archived so that others can see everything later as
long as everything is in text.

One major problem with attachments is trying to rely on them without
explaining the question. As all so frequently if you can't phrase the
question as to what you want in text, the attachment is not going
to be meaningful. I looked at the attachment and I don't know where
you want to hyperlink to. I expect you want a macro to parse the
formula in a cell -- not very practical in my opinion.

Would precedents and dependents solve your problem
customize, commands (tab), tools, ...
to install addition icons on you toolbar.

Hi,
The formula sums a range.
I want a link that will take me from te formula to the range it sums.
My problem is that the range is volatile and the reference in the
Hyperlink window does not accept formulas.
The Precedent icon does not help because it gives a sheet icon.

Thanks
Avner
