Hi

I have a spreadsheet which has part numbers listed (A1:A10), I woul
like to set up a hyperlink so that when I press one of these numbers i
will jump to another cell in the workbook and highlight this number i
a specified cell. Therefore when I press any number from these cells i
jumps to the required sheet and uses the number from the hyperlink.

Thanks

Try this:

-select cell A1 and right-click. Choose "hyperlink"
-Choose "Link to place in this document".Now you can select a workshee
and a cell to highlight.

Insert a sheet for each part, repeat for A2:A10.

This should do it.

Kind regards,

Maybe I misunderstood. Cell A1:A10 always have the same value?

You can make your targetcell the same as A1 by simply typing

=sheet1!A1

in that cell.

Cells A1:A10 have different information in and when I press hyperlink on
that particular cell I want it to jump to the other sheet with the
value in the cell which I clicked on.
