I have access 2007 and when I hyperlink to a file i get the following message:
"Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer.
It is important to be certain that this file is from a trustworthy source."
I wrote this database last year and posted the same question and resolved
the issue but couldnt remember how. It comes up with a microsoft dialog
within my access application when I click on a file on my computer. (So know
its a trusted source) However, would like to know how to get rid of the
dialog box. I know it can be done because I was assisted last year in
getting rid of the dialog box. Thanks. Sorry havn't posted for about 1
year.
