Hyperlink Underline

Ann

I am using Action Buttons with Text written on the
buttons to Hyperlink to other screens in a presentation.
I would prefer not to have the text underlined on the
hyperlinked button. Is there a way to have the button be
a hyperlink without the underline in PowerPoint 2002?

Thank you

Sure can, select the actual button and not the text. A trick I use is to
click inside the text then press the ESC key. Now the object is selected.
Here is when you set the Action Setting to do what you want.

By the way, you might need to select your text and remove the action setting
it has to return it to it's original underlined state.

Yes. When you create the hyperlink, select the button itself, not the
text.
