Hyperlink to an Excel Workbook to a specific Tab

I am looking for a hyperlink command line that will open an Excel Spreadsheet
to a specific tab within the sheet.

I have a workbook in Excel2003 with several tabs referrring to respective
departments.

I have a web page that lists the respective departments referrring to the
spreadsheet. However, when Department A opens the spreadsheet they have to
click on their tab if Dept. B opened and saved to their tab.

I want each hyperlink Dept A, Dept B, Dept C, when clicked to open to the
Department tab within the spreadsheet.
