Hyperlink problem

I have a problem with hyperlink in outlook 2003

Here is the hyperlink in the email i received

M:\LOISIRS ET DÉVELOPPEMENT COMMUNAUTAIRE\Courant\CULTUREL ET COMM\300.
ASSOCIATIONS\303. Communautaires\Popote à Roland\EvalSubvProjet#3.doc

If you look at the screenshot i joined, the error is that it cannot open
\\bldfile\services\LOISIRS ET DÉVELOPPEMENT COMMUNAUTAIRE\Courant\CULTUREL
ET COMM\300. ASSOCIATIONS\303. Communautaires\Popote à Roland\EvalSubvProjet

But the file is \\bldfile\services\LOISIRS ET DÉVELOPPEMENT
COMMUNAUTAIRE\Courant\CULTUREL ET COMM\300. ASSOCIATIONS\303.
Communautaires\Popote à Roland\EvalSubvProjet#3.doc

Is there a limit to an hyperlink

The '#3.doc' refers to a subsection of a page rather than to a page itself.

So the error is in opening the page.

Hi Jac,
Try this opena run command and type this:
regsvr32 urlmon.dll click [OK] you may want to Reboot your computer
for affect to take place.
