hyperlink or what?

I know I can create a bookmark in Word and then insert a hyperlink in Excel
such that when you click on it, it launches Word and navigates to that
location. Not bad. I've also found that I can copy the relevant Word
section and embed the object in Excel. Pretty cool. Closer.

What I want is the "look" of the embedded object (looks like the Word
document) but I want it to pull directly from the document - not from the
static thing that was embdedded. I want it to display "real time" so that
any changes to the document are reflected each time the worksheet is opened.

Can that be done?

thanks

I figured it out - partially. If I highlight the Word document and right
mouse drag over to Excel, and then select Link from the menu that shows up,
it does exactly what I want. However! It seems to chop off some of the area
that I highlight. Is there a size limitation on how much can be linked?

thanks
