Hyperlink - Only Part of the Cell

I have a situation where I have a paragraph of text in a cell.
Included in that paragraph, is a URL. Is there a way to make only the
URL the hyperlink. It's fairly easy to make the entire cell (the whole
paragraph) the hyperlink - but in this case, I'd prefer that the URL
be the only linkable text.

The cell gets the hyperlink--not the text in the cell.

But you could cheat.

You could put a rectangle over the last line (hide the borders) and then assign
the hyperlink to that rectangle.

You could even format that bottom line to make it look like a hyperlink.
