hyperlink not working on tabbed form

hyperlink not working on tabbed form, when I click on it and it duplicates
the web address and inserts the pound sign between the duplicate values. Any
ideas what is worng, it works fine in the table just not on the form.
 
Im having the same problem, please post if you find a solution. Many thanks
