Hyperlink mail-to to use an email template

I have mail-to hyperlinks in my standard email (requesting clients to enrol
in the courses I run). When clicked, these hyperlinks create a standard
email, with my message (the course name and date) in the Subject line only.
I want the email to comprise of an enrolment form with further details about
the applicant. How do I do this?
