Hyperlink in Window Mail

I'd like to add a hyperlink to a message, but I want just a single word of my
choosing to appear as the link, not the whole url. Is there a way to do
this? I've noticed that the Help file in Windows Mail is utterly useless -
it's nothing like the Help file in Outlook Express. I really miss it. Can
anybody help me with this? Thanks!

Type the text, highlight it,
click on the Create Hyperlink button (or Insert - Hyperlink)
