I couldn't find a way to put a hyperlink inside a text box. However, you
can make an entire text box a hyperlink. Select the text box, then click
"Insert", then "Hyperlink...".
If for some reason you need a link _inside_ the box, you could draw a
second, smaller text box inside the first one, then assign a hyperlink to
the second text box.
