I am trying to insert a page from a PDF document into a PowerPoint slide. I
am running PowerPoint 2003. Hyperlink under Insert is grayed out. What am
I missing? I understand I need to insert the PDF page by hyperlinking to
it, correct?

Al,

It may depend on the "context" of what you ahve selected when you go to the
hyperlink menu. For example, if you have a placeholder selected, it si
greyed out. But if you have text highlighted it is OK. So,w hat is active ot
he slide whne you find the menu greyed out?

You'll probably need to bring an image of the page into PowerPoint. This
explains how:
