Hyperlink from Word to Excel Worksheet

How do I create a hyperlink from a Word 2000 document to
an Excel 200 worksheet within a spreadsheet.

I want to use "Hardware" to link to a specific worksheet
within a larger spreadsheet.

try something like the following in Word as hyperlink reference
c:\path\test.xls#worksheet_name!A1
