hyperlink behavior

Hi. When I create a hyperlink to another page in my
frontpage web and pubish it, it opens another IE window.
How do I change the behavior so it doesn't do this?
 
Select the link, right click, hyperlink properties, set Target Frame value to _Top (Whole Page)
