Hybernate mode

I have windows XP. I would like to use the hybernate
feature but I've read that this feature, if used, can
cause a computer to become unstable. Is this true?
Also,if you use hybernate, how do you start up the
computer again.

Just power the computer back up,that puts what you where
working on right back on the screen.What it did was put
your memory on your hard drive,so it starts up quicker
and with your project ready to go.
Some computers have conflicts with the hibernation
feature,so test it out with non-vital data first.
