HTTPS problems

My IE brropser will not display https websites at all!
All of the http site display fine but https do not. The
Cipher Strenght is correct, all updates are applied,
security settings are at normal, all other settings are
at the default ans still the browser doesn't display
https sites.
PLEASE HELP!
