HTTP Errot 403 FORBIDDEN

I have, of late, been getting this error more and more on
the internet with this computer with IE Version
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633. I have 3 online
computers connected by wireless network but only one has
this problem. The sites that return this error on one
computer grant access on both of the others on the
network. I am running Win XP Home on all 3 computers
with ZoneAlarm Pro firewall. Anyone have any idea what
is causing this and how to either eliminate or work-
around the problem?

I don't understand what setting is responsible but I
found that uninstalling ZoneAlarm Pro corrected this
problem. I installed Trend Micro Internet Security
program in place of ZA and the problem disappeared.
