How do you change the default settings for a particular website to be Script
or Execute? because I need to fix the http 403.2 error for a website that
doesn't allow read access anymore.

In IIS administration you will see a tab for Custom Errors. You just replace
the 403.2 file with your own file. But the file has to be greater than 512kb
in size as the IE client tests its size before accepting the response or
using its own local version of the error page.
