HTTP 400 Bad Request (The data is invalid)

Hi,
This problem I am getting while requesting for a URL
string to ISA server. I have done following setting for
the browser. I have choosen Tools->Internet Options->
Connections ->Lan Settings Proxy Server setting in
connection tab as my proxy address. This problem I am
getting on the machine having security update Q832894.
Please give me some idea about this if any.
