html to Outlook Today

Dear NG,

does anybody know if I can find and edit the html to Outlook Today? As I
read it is a website and then it should be possible to edit it with
FrontPage, right? I have been searching around but as it looks the website
is inside a dll??? How to manage that fact? I like the theme summer but it
shows the tasks first and the eMail messages last which I would like to
switch.

It's contained within a DLL. Outlwvw.dll to be precise, but where that file
is located is Outlook version-dependent.
