html source

My Html source under view is grayed out. I save the document as a web page. I
go into tools/ customize. Tab commands. Goto the tools category and the show
all command and it doesnt allow me to drag it. I then found out it doesnt let
me drag any of them to any category. As soon as i grap the command and start
to drag it its + turns into a X not allowing me to drag it. If you having
idea of why this is please let me know.
P.S. im using Word 2003

I have no idea of the benefits of drag and drop?
I've never even played with the option.

I suppose the RED-X appears because your attempting to drag an invalid
link into Word.

The solution is to either save the desired page locally for offline use
or
With your internet browser, VIEW SOURCE and save that material.
Many websmasters are using External CSS, PHP, MySQL or ASP that will not
be included with your view source.
