HTML Error

Hi. When visiting any of the *.live.com sites, I get a message:

"IE Requirement - Add xmlns:web to the HTML tag."

This doesn't happen in my other OSes, so I'm assuming it's Vista-related. A
cursory search suggested disabling the Protected Mode, but that didn't help.
Has anyone else come across this? Thanks...
 
I see this behaviour too and do not see a solution either
