HTML emails

I have read the other posting suggesting you use Outlook
to create html emails, I don't use outlook.
How do I create html emails thru Frontpage?

If you want to do this with FP, then the best option is to send a text based email with a link to a
HTML page on your web site or the image must be on your web site and use absolute URL to all image
from the email.
