HTML emails in Marketing Campaigns

Does anyone know how I could create a colorful HTML email using BCM Marketing
Campaigns or perhaps just for one off emails?
I know I can do this with my Dreamweaver software, but it's too time
consuming? Any ideas?

Microsoft has Front Page and its replacement, Expression Web, that will do
that. Check out www.templatezone.com for High Impact Email. Very cool
templates and they'll host the graphics for you for free.

Will I be able to use the Marketing Campaigns in BCM? how will it work?
I'll look into it. I do own Dreamweaver, don't ever use it anymore though.
