html editor icon in explorer 6.0 is disabled

I don't know how or when but when I went to use the web editor icon in
Explorer (6) - the button is disabled (greyed). Neither FrontPage or Notepad
can be launched. How do I get this to work again what could have caused it?
Any ideas would be greatly welcome.

Try deleting your temporary internet files (including offline files).
