on the site builder it says that i can only upload using a jpg ,gif or png
file not a html

There's no "site builder" feature in PowerPoint, so without a lot more detailed
information, there's not much anyone here can do to help.

Just in case, you can save from PowerPoint to a series of JPG, GIF or PNG
files:

Choose File, Save As
Choose JPG, GIF, PNG, whichever you prefer, in Save As Type:

Give the file a name
Click Save.

i am working on a website and i am trying to use the web builder that i
created on powerpoint to place on the website but it will not allow me to do
so because i need the file to be in jpg, gif or png form

It sounds like you need to get in touch with whoever hosts your web site.

Many web sites include JPG/GIF/PNG files but they must also have files of other
types.

There's nothing in PowerPoint that has anything to do with uploading files to your
site, so you'll need to look elsewhere to learn why you can't upload them.
