Hai. I have discovered that every time I run Microsoft Access 2003, the
"Edit" association for the HTML file type changes to Microsoft Word
from TextPad. How can I make it always stay as TextPad?

I am unable to reproduce that behavior, My file association for Edit stays
with FrontPage. When I change it to Notepad, it stays there. Are you running
IE 6, or another browser?

I use Opera 9 as my primary browser. I checked again, and the
association changes immediately when Access is run. The DefaultIcon
value for the HTML file type is changed to "%1" as well.
