HTM Pages open with Word in FrontPage 2002

What would cause selected pages to open with Word, rather than FrontPage,
when you Double click on then within FrontPage?
 
If they were created in Word (ad .htm) they will open in Word unless you set
Tools Options General - and Unselect the last 2 Check if... under Startup
Word .doc files will open in Word
