HSI in data cell is auto correcting to HIS

Has anyone found the reason and how to stop this from happening? Whenever I
try to enter the three letters HSI into a cell the system changes it to HIS.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tools|Autocorrect options|autocorrect tab

Delete the entry for HSI

(or hit ctrl-z as soon as excel "helps" you--it'll undo that change.)
