If I have a spread method for the employees, and do not have the HR to
caclulate annually checked, do I entered 173.33 hours for hourly employees
and 1 for salary employees for all 12 periods in my import file? Or I need
to calulate the actual based on my spread? Or can I leave it blank an the
spread should calculate the hours?

This does not appear to be a question about a Microsoft Access database, the
subject of this forum; and it does not even appear to be a technical question
about Excel, but rather about business policy (do I enter ficticious hours or
actual hours?). I'd be inclined to avoid entering and relying on data known to
be imaginary! Auditors and tax people might get a bit upset!
