HP Travan 20GB Tape Drive Compatibility

Neither the Windows XP hardware compatibility list nor the HP Web site lists
the HP IDE 20GB Travan tape drive as compatible with XP, and the HP site has
no XP driver. (Why didn't I spend the extra $$ and get the SCSI version?)

Does anyone know if the Win2000 driver for this drive will enable it to work
under Win XP?

The backup software for most IDE Travan tape drives is now published by
Stomp Inc.

Also, most IDE tape drives use the built-in XP drivers.
