A - you've half answered your own question - it's part of your HP printer
setup. Put the HP disk in and let it install/reinstall the Tray App - which
is an application that resides in your system tray for controlling the
printer. Some people have reported this gets messed up if you turn off the
printer/computer in an order they don't like.
